When execution cannot be left to chance
I run Orsay Consulting, an advisory and interim management practice based in Abu Dhabi and operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Family groups, investors, and corporates bring me in when an acquisition, rapid growth, or declining performance demands hands-on leadership. An integration that must deliver synergies, not consume leadership bandwidth. Rapid growth that changes how the business must operate. A division where profit and cash are falling while sales keep rising.
Ten years at General Electric, leading integrations, transformations, and performance programs. Then five years as CFO and COO of fast-growing, VC-backed companies, which is where you find out that speed and control are not enemies. The last ten years running integration, transformation, and performance improvement mandates for private equity portfolio companies, family groups, and corporates.
My role does not end with the diagnosis or the plan. I work inside the team, step into the CFO, COO, or transformation leadership role, and stay through delivery until the results show up in EBITDA, cash, and operating performance.
How I work
The three situations I take on, what I own in each, and how each mandate begins. Most start small.
